Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and bridal pieces are handcrafted to order and may take 1–3 weeks — we'll confirm the timeline over WhatsApp when you place your order.

We currently ship across India. Shipping charges, if any, are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges on ready-to-wear pieces within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you'd like instead.

Made-to-order, bridal and custom pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for size exchange — we recommend confirming measurements with us before ordering these.

Returns & Refunds

As a made-to-measure and small-batch atelier, we don't offer returns for a refund except in the case of a genuine defect or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, share photos with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
