Orders

We confirm every order and payment manually before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock or if there's an issue verifying payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs and content on this site belong to Embrovia Couture and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Embrovia Couture is registered.
